Product Information
The furniture
sold are reproductions of antique furniture and accessories from various
periods and styles worldwide. The furniture is produced in a factory located in
Indonesia. The furniture is
solid hand carved mahogany. Each piece has similar yet unique qualities; no two
pieces will ever be exactly alike.
Some of the items may contain
imperfections since these pieces emulate their antique counterparts that cost
thousands of dollars more.
As with all solid wood products,
changes in the environment or moisture content of an item may occasionally
cause changes, just as antiques made of solid wood have had environmental
adjustments through the years. This is to be expected because of the nature of
wood. While we do everything possible to prevent this, it should be
understood that the ultimate reaction of the wood to its environment is beyond
our control. An item in direct sunlight or near a forced air furnace outlet may
result in changes in the appearance of the wood. This does not detract from the
usefulness of the piece. Therefore, we are unable to warrantee any reaction to
environment changes.
