Can I change my email
address on my account?
If you wish to change the
email address associated with your EclecticHodgepodge.com Customer Account,
please follow these instructions:

What is the status of my
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)?
When will a replacement be sent?
Once we have received your
returned item in our warehouse it normally takes between 7 to 10 business days
to process the RMA. If your return is tested and found to be in working order,
we will return the item to you and you will incurr additional shipping charges.
If the return is defective we will send a replacement from our warehouse.
If we do not have a replacement or a suitable alternative to fulfill the RMA,
we will notify you that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit.

How do I apply an
in-house credit?
To apply an In House Credit,
contact our Customer Service Group and provide one of the following: Credit
Memo (CM) Number, Order Number, RMA Number, Customer ID Number.
A Credit Memo or RMA number would
have been issued by one of our Customer Service Group representatives.

internationally?
No, we do not ship
internationally. We are evaluating this and may change our policy in the

How long will my
package take to reach my destination?
It depends on the
method of shipment and the final destination of shipment.

Can I ship to an
address other than my billing address?
Yes, but the alternate shipping
address needs to be on file with the bank that issued the credit card. Please
have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of
your credit card account. We take this measure to protect our customers and
ourselves from credit card fraud.

Will I have to
pay sales tax on this item?
If they apply, yes. To find
out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order from
EclecticHodgepodge.com, please contact your local tax authority. Eclectic
Hodgepodge Inc. is located in Alabama and is required to collect 8.00% tax on
all sales to residents of Alabama.

Will I be sent a
tracking number?
Yes. An Email with tracking
number(s) and delivery address information the evening after your package
ships, will be sent to you, provided the Email address submitted with the order
is correct.
When you receive your tracking number, you may check your order status at the
shippers web site if they provide that service.

When will my
package ship?
We strive to ship all orders as
soon as we have confirmation the product is in the warehouse and ready to be
shipped. We will send you an email with the anticipated ship date as soon as we
have that information.

Who do I contact
if I need to return an item?
To return an item, please email
ourCustomer Service Group.
You may
return your item within 5 days of delivery. You will receive an in store
credit for the amount of your purchase minus shipping costs. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return
shipping costs.
Our Customer Service Group issues RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
numbers for all product returns. If an item is defective, not working properly,
or you simply want to return the item, our Customer Service Group is the proper
department to contact. Bear in mind that all returns are subject to our
Company Policies.

Can I add an item
to or remove an item from my order?
Can I change the shipping method for my order?
How can I cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your
order if it has not been processed for shipment and sent to the warehouse. Once
your order has been sent to the warehouse we cannot make any changes. To make
changes to your order you may contact Customer Service at 256-797-1677.

I was unable to
take delivery of my package and the carrier returned it to Eclectic Hodgepodge.
How do I get the package shipped back to me?
How do I get a refund?
When a package is returned to
EclecticHodgepodge.com because a carrier is unable to make delivery due to
action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will provide you with an in
store credit equal to your purchase price, minus shipping
costs. Should you still wish to purchase these products, you may
place your order again on our website.
If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on
the part of our carrier, please email our
Customer Service Group to arrange a refund of
shipping fees.

Why don't you have
a toll-free number?
EclecticHodgepodge.com does not
provide a toll-free telephone number because this results in increased
fixed-expenses that we must pass along toall of our customers, even if
only a few need to call. We are very much here for our customers, but we prefer
to keep our operating costs low and pass the savings on to YOU.

Who do I contact
if I received the wrong item in an order?
If you believe you received the
wrong item in an order, you should contact our Customer Service Group
at 256-797-1677 or Email
customerservice @eclectichodgepodge.com to obtain an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct
item with a shipping return label. Once you have the correct item, simply affix
the shipping return label to the return package, write the RMA number supplied
by our Customer
Service Group on it, and we will arrange for the
shipper to pick up the package.

According to the
carrier, my package was delivered to my front door and now it's gone! What do I
do?
In this case, please contact our
Customer Service Group
. We will schedule a follow-up call from the shipper for the missing
item(s) and a replacement will be shipped in a timely manner once we receive a
report back from the shipper.

The package I
received from EclecticHodgepodge.com looks like it was damaged in shipment.
What do I do?
Please contact our
Customer Service Group
and we will schedule a carrier driver follow up. Please keep the original box
and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the
carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we
have a response from the carrier. You should ensure that you inspect
the product when the carrier driver is at your delivery location.
